Check-in/Check-out
Rooms are available from 2pm. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know in advance and we can store your gear. Check-out is no later than 10am. If you want to ski on the last day, we can store your gear until you return.
Payment
50% deposit is required within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 28 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 28 days, payment is required immediately.
Cancellations/Refunds
For bookings cancelled more than 28 days from arrival, a $25 per person administration fee is charged. For bookings canceled between 7 and 28 days, a 50% cancellation fee is charged. For bookings cancelled less than 7 days from arrival, there is 100% cancellation fee. Insurance is available at the time of booking in case of cancellations.
Parking/Chains
Parking is available in the car park adjacent to the Lodge for all patrons. Chains are required to be carried at all times. These can be hired in Adaminaby or Tumut.
Phones
There is no mobile phone reception at the Lodge. CDMA reception is available at Adaminaby and Mt Selwyn. There is no digital mobile reception. A Public Phone is available in the main foyer of the Lodge along with a soft drink machine.
